Starting 11:00 server time* on April 14, the the drain and repair speed will be increased for site combat to make it more reactive especially for the one hour conflict phases. Note: Feedback is welcome if that makes the site conflicts more fun.
Changes:
- drain speed increased from 10 to 20 points
- repair speed increeased from 5 to 10 points
