Site Takeover Display Fix
- Fixed a bug which could cause the actual takeover of a site to not be displayed correctly to all spectating players. For affected players, a site would appear unsupplied (grey display) instead of showing the new owner of the site along with its correct supply status (green display).
- While this bug could occur before our November 1 site mechanics update, the nature of the new takeover mechanics caused it to occur more often than before.
- Internal server-side fixes and improvements.
