Dinoball Event Additions

• Added South Africa country title to the Dinoball event NPC title store.
• Prepared the upcoming Dinoball Flash Sale Weekend with the two new pieces of dinosaur skin art from the forum poll.

Other Changes & Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the button for the Liggett Travel Gate in Mokon Woods on the travel map was very hard to click (large portions of the button area were blocked). This issue seems to have occurred only when traveling from Travel Gate Mason on the same map, and it could be circumvented by zooming in on the map.
  • This also fixes the blocked mouseover for NPC Kittie Mays located just a bit south of the Liggett Travel Gate.
