Skin Art Icon Improvements

Improved color grading for some skin art icons where the display of blacks was too bright, resulting in a greyed out look.

UI Improvements

Changed the look of the "red flag" disruptor element that can be seen on auction house items when an auction is nearing its end.
Minor visual improvements to a few icon buttons:
- Plus-minus buttons in map window have nicer icons.
- Window resize/move buttons in chat window now align with the rest of the chat buttons on the right edge of the window.
- Arrow buttons' icons are more accurately centered.
Minor performance improvements through optimized ui skins.
