Anniversary & Valentine's NPC Fix
- Fixed that the Specialty Cake Baker NPC was still offering the "Bake tantalizingly tasty cake" option from last year's event. It made no sense since the necessary ingredients for baking the tantalizingly tasty cake cannot be collected in this year's event.
- Also, the Specialty Cake Baker is now being called Rainbow Cake Baker again.
