[EU Servers Only] Unintentional Removal of Individual Clan Members

Dear rangers,

Due to a problem with yesterday's game version, some players on our European game servers have unintentionally been kicked from their clans.

Here's what's happened:

• Only European game servers (EU1-4) are affected.
• Only players who had been inactive for at least 50 days were kicked from their clans.
• In case these kicked clan members were the only person on that clan, or if all of its members had been inactive for at least 50 days, the clan itself was deleted (because there was no longer anyone left in it).
• Clans with at least one active member (played in last 50 days) have not been deleted!

How are we going forward from here?

• We have decided against doing a rollback, because this would take away at least 24 hours of recorded game progress on all European servers. Additionally, the rollback process itself takes a long time to complete -- probably another 24 hours at least.

We are very sorry for this unintended series of kicks from clans and would like to apologize to anyone affected.
